York City Police Officer Shot and Injured
Early this morning a York City Police Officer (Assigned to the US Marshals Taskforce) was shot and injured during a warrant service in the Harrisburg Area. He has been taken to Hershey Medical Center where he is being treated for his injuries. At this time, the York City Officer's injuries are being reported as non-life threatening.
A second officer (not employed by the City Of York) was also injured during this incident. At this time we are unable to provide any further information on the second officer's condition or employer.
