Police Arrest 20 at Underage Drinking Party

Valparaiso Police responded to a loud music/party complaint at 704 Indiana Ave on Friday December 11th at 11:55 p.m.

Police arrived at the location and discovered loud music and subjects urinating on a nearby fence. Police began to investigate and learned numerous underage individuals had been consuming alcoholic beverages at the location.

Police arrested 20 subjects, 19 for minor consumption of an alcoholic beverage and 1 for possession of marijuana. Many of the subjects arrested were university students. All subjects arrested were transported and held at the Porter County Jail.
